(Telephone collection management and administrative functions.) -Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field -Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency -Experience in collection-related activities -Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills -Excellent customer service attitude -Problem-solving ability Job Responsibilities: Achieve objectives for first-invoice and/or strategically defined bucket non-payment portfolios. Conduct telephone retention activities for 100% of assigned first-invoice non-payment accounts. Perform early-stage portfolio management via telephone outreach for customers who cannot be located and/or refuse payment, as assigned by central collections.
