Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a credit. Guarantee the correct implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma mandatory. (Original certificate required) Strong verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for customer interaction. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service provision. Goal- and objective-oriented. Experience in customer prospecting activities. Integrity in performing duties.
