Emiliano Zapata Norte, Mérida, Yucatán We Offer: Base salary: $12,000 net monthly (paid biweekly) Uncapped commissions (average income of $20,000 to $35,000) Statutory benefits from day one Utility vehicle during working hours Growth opportunities Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm What Will You Do? Active client prospecting (80% field / 20% office) Generation and follow-up of commercial opportunities Visits to companies and needs assessment Preparation of commercial proposals Negotiation and closing of sales Post-sales follow-up and portfolio management CRM usage and performance indicator reporting Requirements: Completed high school or incomplete university degree 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B services preferred) Valid driver’s license (mandatory) Basic Excel and CRM skills Ideal Profile: High frustration tolerance and results-oriented mindset Experience in active prospecting (hunter profile) Negotiation and closing skills Proactivity, discipline, and self-management Strong verbal communication and commercial orientation Important: Requires consistent prospecting, client follow-up, and achievement of sales targets. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate years of experience Keywords: advisor, asesor, cambaceo, sales, terreno, territorio, escolta, guardia, vigilante, guarda, guard, vigilancia, aseo, higiene, cleaning, limpieza
