End-to-end credit management and customer service Job Objective Ensure proper credit disbursement, monitoring, and recovery through field visits, customer service, document verification, and collections, delivering efficient and responsible service throughout assigned routes. Main Responsibilities Operate the company-provided vehicle during assigned routes. Prospect and serve customers across various communities. Receive, review, and safeguard documentation for credit applications. Monitor and verify customer information. Conduct in-home collections from customers with outstanding payments. Prepare reports and submit required documentation. Meet established performance targets and objectives. Maintain and responsibly operate the assigned vehicle. Requirements Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. Valid driver's license is mandatory. Experience in fieldwork, collections, sales, or customer service (preferred). Full availability of schedule. Ability to travel and relocate as needed. Basic handling of documents and cash. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and commitment. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday. Start time: 7:30 a.m. End time: Upon completion of assigned route. Due to operational requirements and route distances, availability for extended working hours is required to complete tasks. Work Modality 100% field-based work. Company-provided vehicle assigned for operations and home storage. Semi-remote routes. We Offer Base salary of $3,000 per week. Performance-based bonuses. Company-provided vehicle. Fuel allowance.
