Job Summary: We are seeking Painting Instructors on a per-event basis to deliver classes, guide groups, and ensure a dynamic, well-prepared experience with professional presentation and effective group management. Interpersonal skills, group management, and teamwork Due to expansion, we require *Painting Instructors* (Per Event) To deliver 4-hour classes (multiple classes scheduled per week) · Requirements: Bachelor's degree in visual arts, art education, or related field Prior teaching experience required Knowledge of painting techniques Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation Flexible schedules Group management skills We offer Payment per event · RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide the requested experience for groups following established protocols and collaborate with hosts Ensure all materials and tools are complete and ready for the experience Manage groups of more than 10 people and work collaboratively during the event Deliver dynamic classes with appropriate vocal volume, respectful language, and content adapted to the group's age Prepare classes in advance for each event, using specifications and itineraries shared via message Clean used materials after each event. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Teamwork, Customer Service
