We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Mérida as: "AESTHETIC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR" REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design (degree certificate and professional license). * Experience: 3 years in hospital or hotel industry. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. * SAP knowledge. * Personnel management experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensures the proper operation and good condition of all facilities, furnishings, and accessories through supervision of maintenance activities. * Conducts facility inspections to identify, review, and validate improvement needs across departments (inpatient units, clinical areas, offices, laboratories, and common areas). * Coordinates, assigns, and supervises work performed by personnel under supervision. * Implements preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs based on control logs. * Actively participates in planning and executing renovation programs aligned with infection prevention protocols.
