This role is intended for someone who **executes effectively**, proposes functional solutions, and transforms ideas into production-ready projects. Starting salary is base-level; it will increase according to your competencies, attitude, and proactivity. Your tenure depends entirely on you. *Main Responsibilities* The designer will be responsible for developing **complete projects**, including: Conceptual Design * Developing creative proposals for commercial exhibition stands. * Interpreting client briefs. * Generating functional and visually appealing concepts. * Proposals aligned with clients’ business objectives. Technical Design * Preparing fabrication-ready technical drawings. * Developing detailed construction drawings and specifications. Visualization * 3D modeling of exhibition stands. * Generating realistic renders. * Preparing images for commercial presentations. Internal Coordination * Direct communication with the production department. * Resolving technical details during project development. * Ensuring design feasibility for fabrication. *Candidate Profile* We seek someone who **does not wait for instructions at every step**, but instead exercises independent judgment.
