Job Summary: This role seeks a commercial profile to achieve undergraduate enrollment targets through sales closure and effective service. Key Highlights: 1. Achieving enrollment and sales closure targets on campus. 2. Providing post-sales service and support to newly enrolled students. 3. Making an impact on purpose-driven leadership development through education. About the Role Your purpose within the institution will be to achieve undergraduate enrollment targets for the academic business line by closing sales on campus, delivering and ensuring effective service focused on achieving quarterly enrollment conversion rates. Your Key Challenges  Following up and contacting database leads to close sales and achieve enrollment targets.  Providing post-sales follow-up and service to newly enrolled students.  Submitting enrolled students’ files to the institution.  Issuing identification credentials for newly enrolled students.  Conducting facility tours to promote the brand and educational offerings. We Seek a Commercial Profile Requirements: • Completed bachelor’s degree (documentation proving completion of studies required). • One year of experience selling intangible products; experience in financial, funeral, insurance, and/or real estate sectors is desirable. • Experience working under target- and commission-based schemes. • Experience in cold-calling sales closure and handling objections. • Experience in face-to-face sales closure, customer service, and post-sales service. Desirable Qualifications: • Familiarity with any CRM system is desirable. • Availability to work rotating days off and/or staggered shifts, especially during peak business seasons. • Effective communication skills for delivering presentations to large groups. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: MXN 12,000 per month.
