JOB MISSION At Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, we are seeking a professional who will drive the promotion, lead generation, and conversion of prospects for Graduate and Continuing Education programs by implementing, optimizing, and analyzing digital strategies, automating CRM processes, and monitoring the admissions funnel. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot to improve prospect management, tracking, and conversion for Graduate and Continuing Education programs. Design and manage automated prospect assignment processes by program, modality, or academic area. Manage segmentation, custom properties, and data structure within the CRM to ensure prospect data quality, traceability, and effective utilization. Design and optimize automated communication flows aligned with program contact, follow-up, and admissions processes. Enable and manage CRM-integrated communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp), including creation of templates, snippets, and response resources for advisors. Analyze key conversion funnel metrics (contactability, stage progression, enrollment) to evaluate the performance of lead generation and follow-up strategies. Identify improvement opportunities in processes, automations, and data management to enhance admissions process efficiency. Implement MarTech initiatives aimed at strengthening integration and automation of the digital ecosystem for Graduate and Continuing Education lead generation and conversion. Coordinate alignment among marketing strategies, sales follow-up, and CRM process automation. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of prospect generation, follow-up, and conversion processes, and propose data-driven improvements. MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL AND FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor’s degree in Communication and/or Marketing, Business Administration, Educational Administration, MBA, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, or related field. WORK EXPERIENCE Required – Inbound consultant or implementer, Ads specialist, website specialist, copywriter – 1 to 3 years. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS Required – Inbound methodology.
