Position Summary: We are seeking a teacher to plan, deliver, and evaluate classes; design didactic activities; and promote values and positive school coexistence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and delivering classes according to the educational program. 2. Classroom management, fostering an orderly and participatory environment. 3. Ongoing communication with parents and the teaching team. Responsibilities: Planning and delivering classes in accordance with the educational program and institutional methodology. Developing up-to-date lesson plans. Designing didactic activities appropriate for the students’ grade level. Conducting continuous assessment of learning (homework, projects, and exams). Monitoring students’ academic performance and behavior. Classroom management, fostering an orderly and participatory environment. Promoting values, habits, and positive school coexistence. Ongoing communication with parents and the teaching team. Participating in meetings, institutional events, and activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Elementary Education, Educational Innovation, Psychology, Educational Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or related field. Experience working with school-age children (preferred).
