Job Objective The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the transition of our operational culture toward a 100% digital and intelligent environment. Their primary role is to ensure that Artificial Intelligence tools and information management processes operate in harmony, serving as the technical and human support bridge for the entire team. Main Responsibilities * **Digital Ecosystem Administration:** Configure, monitor, and optimize AI assistants (Gems/Custom GPTs) across various company departments. * **Information Governance:** Implement and oversee file naming conventions and organization rules within Google Workspace (CDE) to ensure a "single source of truth". * **Support and Adoption:** Act as a change leader, providing training and preventive support to employees to facilitate adoption of new technologies. * **Process Auditing:** Analyze meeting transcripts and progress reports to identify deviations from established procedures and propose improvements.\+1 * **Operational Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date procedural manuals and ensure their implementation in daily office and field operations. Desired Profile * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies or International Business (recent graduate). * **Technology:** Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace. Genuine experience and interest in generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, automations). * **Skills:** Structured thinking, strong organizational ability, empathy for teaching, and proactivity in proposing new tools. Compensation and Benefits * **Base Salary:** $16,000 net monthly. * **Performance Bonus:** $3,000 MXN monthly, based on the team’s digital adoption index. * **Growth:** Career path toward Digital Operations Management.
