Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to perform comprehensive payroll calculations and manage personnel- and department-related administrative procedures. Key Highlights: 1. We require a Payroll Specialist to calculate payroll for our staff and handle all matters related to this department. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory) - 1 year of experience - Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet formulas - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and occupational risk regulations - Experience with Contpaq Payroll software Responsibilities: - Comprehensive payroll calculation - Preparation and review of weekly/biweekly payroll - Calculation and application of payroll taxes - Management of procedures before IMSS, SAT, and INFONAVIT - Preparation and stamping of payroll CFDIs - Payroll tax - Benefits control and calculation (year-end bonus, vacation premium, PTU, overtime hours) - Attendance incident control (absences, vacations, medical leaves) We offer: - Statutory benefits - Grocery vouchers - Biweekly salary - Uniforms - Growth opportunity Our office is located near the Santa María de Chuburna Macroplaza . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 40 years old People with disabilities: Yes Keywords: payroll, salary, wages, remuneration, salary, payslip, payroll, wage, pay, payment, payroll specialist
