




Job Summary: We are seeking a KAM (State Commercial Executive) to drive sales in the government sector and manage tenders, while maintaining and expanding the customer portfolio. A leading international company specializing in corporate ballistic protection is looking for: **KAM (STATE COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE)** Southern Region (Yucatán, Campeche, Quintana Roo) Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commercial fields (Marketing, Business Relations) or related disciplines. * Minimum 5 years of experience in high-ticket (high-value) sales. * Knowledge of ballistic protection industry (desirable). * CRM system proficiency. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel within the southern region of the country (Mérida, Campeche, Cancún). Knowledge Requirements: * Tenders (MANDATORY) * CRM * Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities: * Government sector sales. * Tender-related knowledge. * Customer prospecting. * Portfolio follow-up and submission of evidence. * Achievement of KPIs established for the state sector per period (semi-annual/annual). * Visiting new customers (both newly acquired and prospects). * Maintaining an updated visit schedule to be shared with the process leader. * Ensuring tender documentation complies with applicable legal requirements.
