We are currently seeking an OPERATIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR. Responsibilities: 1. Deliver training courses for newly hired staff 2. Update processes for operational staff 3. Provide feedback and evaluations to staff 4. Submit weekly progress reports on staff 5. Conduct position certification 6. Develop reinforcement training materials 7. Manage performance indicators 8.
