Manage safety processes to mitigate risks A national pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking NIGHT SHIFT WAREHOUSE LEADER Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum one year in similar positions. Competencies: Leadership, results orientation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Job Functions: • Plan warehouse strategy to ensure smooth operation and execution of all activities. • Generate statistical data to optimize resource utilization and increase warehouse productivity; identifying delayed activities, staffing limitations for operations, cycle times, and service levels. • Analyze warehouse processes, identifying opportunities through continuous improvement methodologies to streamline daily operations, enhance team productivity metrics, and efficiently manage available resources. • Manage warehouse safety processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks to the company—including breach of trust, theft, damage to goods or assets—adhering to internal policies and work regulations.
