




Job Summary: We are seeking a Hospitality Manager for Star Médica Hospital Mérida, responsible for supervising the operation and functionality of various departments, ensuring high efficiency and a human-centered approach. We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Mérida as: "HOSPITALITY MANAGER" REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * Experience: 5 years in hospital or hospitality operations. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. * SAP knowledge. * Personnel management experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure supervisors of departments (Housekeeping, guest experiences, security, and food & beverage) assign tasks according to priority. * Supervise and approve departmental requests for materials/supplies under your supervision. * Conduct daily facility rounds to ensure the hospital’s proper operation and functionality. * Manage and control the monthly expenditures of departments under your supervision.
