We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Mérida as: · DIETITIAN · REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition (internship candidate) Experience: 1 year. Schedule availability: Afternoon shift, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Desirable knowledge of hygienic food handling. RESPONSIBILITIES: Compile a census of hospitalized patients, updating diet types. Cross-check physician instructions against the census and each patient’s identification card. Prepare orders for cold and hot dishes to request diet preparation. Complete the daily diet log. Apply hygienic procedures in food handling and service, and participate in microbiological control. Assemble each patient’s tray, verifying the food order against the meal requisition.
