Position Summary: We are seeking an Aesthetic Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the optimal operation and good condition of hospital facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures the proper operation and good condition of facilities and furniture. 2. Coordinates and supervises assigned personnel. 3. Participates in maintenance and renovation programs. We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Mérida as: "AESTHETIC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR" REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design (degree and professional license). * Experience: 3 years in the hospital or hospitality industry. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. * SAP knowledge. * Personnel management experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensures the proper operation and good condition of all facilities, furniture, and accessories through supervision of maintenance activities. * Conducts inspections to identify, review, and validate improvement needs across facilities (inpatient units, clinical areas, office spaces, laboratories, and common areas). * Coordinates, assigns, and supervises the work of assigned personnel. * Implements preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs based on control logs. * Actively participates in executing and fulfilling renovation programs aligned with infection prevention protocols.
