Handle insurance company processes and verify authorizations Responsibilities Provide cost information for diagnostic tests and check-up services, and follow up accordingly. (Email, WhatsApp, telephone call, and in-person Control and recording of patient information (Llama Apex, Assist, Excel) Admissions. Handle insurance company processes; receive documentation, process corresponding charges, deliver results, maintain logs, verify authorization letters, access insurer portals. Availability for evening shifts and two Saturdays per month. .Minimum education required: incomplete bachelor's degree or completed high school.
