**Requirements:** * **Experience in restaurant-related warehouse operations (Mandatory)** * Advanced Excel proficiency (Mandatory) * Flexible availability of working hours (Mandatory) * **Personnel management experience** * **Knowledge and operation of SOFT RESTAURANT V.11 system (Mandatory)** **Main responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise the fulfillment of branch requests. * Cross-check information with the SOFT RESTAURANT system. * Monitor product costs and losses. * Manage maximum and minimum stock levels at the distribution center. * Cash handling and negotiations with suppliers. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. * Verify expiration dates of incoming warehouse products. * Manage supplier payments and issuance of invoices. * Conduct daily and monthly cycle inventories. * Supervise food preservation methods. * Experience in designing and implementing administrative and operational warehouse processes. * Prepare annual budgets.
