Your Opportunity As the Low Voltage Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the technological and automation integration of the group’s real estate projects, ensuring connectivity, security, monitoring, and efficient facility control—all aligned with international standards and cutting-edge solutions. You will have the opportunity to participate in large-scale developments, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering, operations, technology, and design teams to guarantee interoperability and functionality of the technological systems supporting our properties’ operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and integration of telecommunications, automation, and control systems for group projects. • Define corporate standards for connectivity, structured cabling, DCI, BMS, and technological systems. • Coordinate technical integration with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronic security, audio, and video engineering disciplines. • Supervise the development of drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications in coordination with all engineering disciplines. • Evaluate emerging technologies applicable to smart buildings and automation. • Validate projects developed by external firms and specialized vendors. • Ensure interoperability between operational technological systems and BMS platforms. • Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to define functional monitoring and control requirements. • Lead the development of corporate technical libraries and design standards. • Participate in technical negotiations with international manufacturers and suppliers. • Guarantee regulatory compliance, technical quality, and operational efficiency of implemented designs. • Supervise interoperability testing, simulation, and system commissioning. Requirements • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering. • Master’s degree or specialization in Automation, Building Control, or Building Technology is desirable. • Minimum 8 years of experience in design, integration, and management of telecommunications and automation systems for hotel, healthcare, or corporate projects. • Advanced English (C1 level) is mandatory. • Experience in network infrastructure, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, fire detection, voice and data, IoT, and BMS. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM 360, Navisworks, and BMS platforms such as Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls. • Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP protocols, and standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, NFPA, IEEE, and ASHRAE. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Project, and collaborative tools.
