




Job Summary: We are seeking a Real Estate Salesperson to generate and close sales, ensuring a positive customer experience and complete files to formalize each transaction. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with a holistic customer-focused approach. **Real Estate Salesperson.** **Position Conditions.** Base salary + 4% commission per sale. Work schedule: Monday to Friday. Work modality: In-person and field-based. Reports to: Commercial Coordination / Commercial Management. **General Position Objective.** Generate and close real estate sales through prospecting, disciplined follow-up with prospects, professional customer service, property tours, negotiation, and closing—ensuring a positive customer experience and complete files to formalize each transaction. **Requirements.** Education: Completed high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree—either incomplete or completed—is preferred). Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales (real estate experience is preferred). **Knowledge:** Consultative sales process. Handling objections and closing techniques. Basic use of CRM, WhatsApp Business, email, and spreadsheets. Availability for local travel and weekend availability for property tours or events. **Skills.** Persuasive communication and active listening. Results orientation and resilience in the face of rejection. Sales follow-up and discipline (do not drop leads). Negotiation and handling of objections. Proactivity, commercial energy, and customer focus. Organization and punctuality. **Main Responsibilities (20).** * Prospect customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and visits to the sales office. * Attend to assigned leads and make first contact on the same day. * Qualify prospects (need, budget, urgency, payment method). * Schedule and confirm appointments, property tours, and video calls. * Conduct property tours highlighting amenities, location, and value proposition. * Present available options and explain features, prices, and promotions. * Prepare and send quotations, technical specifications, and updated availability information. * Perform daily follow-up with active prospects until a decision is reached. * Handle objections (price, location, comparisons, timelines, trust). * Encourage reservation and formalize purchase intent with the customer. * Compile the customer file (documents, forms, and supporting evidence). * Follow up on payments, payment commitments, and fulfillment of conditions. * Coordinate with Administration/Legal for formalization (contracts and signatures). * Keep the CRM updated with stages, notes, and next activities. * Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments, proposals, and closings. * Participate in commercial events (open houses, activations, fairs). * Request and leverage referrals from customers and prospects served. * Provide basic post-sale follow-up until handover to the relevant department. * Submit activity and results reports to Coordination/Management.
