The Role A Product Designer is, above all, a problem solver. Therefore, their core responsibility is to deeply understand the problem to be solved (for which user, in what context, and how to discover or validate insights about it) and possess sufficient knowledge and tools to propose, iterate, and test solutions that deliver positive impact on both business outcomes and user experience. A Product Designer does not work in isolation but integrates into multidisciplinary product teams (product managers, developers, data analysts, etc.). They collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize, design, and systematize differentiated solutions. Design • Experience in UX conceptualization and definition for digital products—including responsive web, mobile apps, and other touchpoints (TV, digital kiosks, etc.). • Strong visual sensibility, demonstrating sound judgment in UI decision-making, as well as awareness of current digital UI and interaction trends. • Knowledge of Design Systems—both creating new ones and contributing to and scaling existing systems. • Ability to make tactical design and product decisions swiftly and effectively. • Proficiency in Figma for digital product design. Familiarity with animation tools (Principle, After Effects, etc.) is highly valued. Product • Ability to balance user needs, design excellence, and business goals when making decisions. • Capable of clearly articulating a solution and communicating product features in an accessible and understandable way to development teams and stakeholders. • Understanding of development needs, capabilities, and constraints—ensuring proposed solutions are both brilliant and feasible, scalable within an organization. • Good practices and experience documenting design work for Front-end teams. • Data-Driven Design mindset: experienced in integrating data into the workflow—knows which data to request, how to interpret it, and how to leverage it to build better products. • Strong expertise in Design Research: knows what to investigate, selects the most appropriate research method given available resources and time, and—especially—extracts meaningful, actionable insights. Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital product design. • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (product, design, development, data, etc.) to launch digital products. • A digital portfolio showcasing your mindset, design process, and quality of final deliverables. • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (currently Figma is predominant, though candidates may come from Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite).
