Your Opportunity. Analyze, integrate, and update unit prices for construction items, ensuring budgets and estimates reflect accurate, realistic costs aligned with current market conditions—to optimize project financial planning and guarantee efficient resource utilization. Key Responsibilities. • Integrate input and unit price matrices. • Update material, labor, and machinery costs. • Develop item catalogs for budgeting. • Conduct market cost comparisons. • Support integration of construction budgets. • Validate unit prices using data from executed work. • Prepare technical-economic analysis reports. • Support contract reviews and cost adjustments.
