Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest comfort and safety Holiday Inn is seeking a highly motivated and committed Machine Room Operator responsible for maintaining and operating hotel equipment and facilities. As a Machine Room Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of air conditioning systems, electrical systems, and other critical systems within the hotel. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain hotel machinery and facilities, ensuring proper operation. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid system failures. * Regularly inspect climate control and electrical equipment and systems. * Report any anomalies or technical failures to management or the relevant department. * Maintain detailed records of activities performed and maintenance carried out. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest comfort and safety. * Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a machine room operator or in maintenance roles within hotels or similar facilities. * Knowledge of electrical, climate control, and other equipment maintenance. * Ability to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve technical issues. * Commitment to quality and customer service. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Teamwork * Positive attitude We Offer Grocery vouchers Meals in the cafeteria IMSS coverage from day one Savings fund Salary: $8,400.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
