You will be responsible for supervising proper dish execution, ensuring adherence to standards, and assisting the Executive Chef in team management and ingredient control. Main Responsibilities: Supervise food preparation and presentation according to established standards. Coordinate the kitchen team during service to ensure timeliness and quality. Assist in production planning and inventory control. Verify compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Train and develop kitchen staff. Act as substitute for the Executive Chef in their absence. Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste. Monitor appropriate use of ingredients and production costs. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Professional culinary knowledge and experience handling hot/cold kitchens. Leadership and team management skills.
