KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Personnel management and administration -Payroll incidents (hiring, termination, vacations, etc.) -Weekly payroll management -Recruitment and selection (operational and administrative) -Manage conciliation and arbitration processes (weekly) -Recruitment sources -Labor relations management -Conflict resolution -Decision-making and negotiation -Vacancy coverage analysis -Monitoring and handling of occupational risk and workplace accidents -Knowledge of Human Resources areas, preferably in the restaurant industry (3 years) REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of experience or more *Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field * Leadership skills * Frustration tolerance, teamwork, and assertive communication * Preferred age range: 30–45 years * MOTORCYCLE OR VEHICLE IS MANDATORY for commuting. Weekly fuel allowance provided. * Strong communication skills, service orientation, and sense of urgency.
