At Palladium Hotel Group, we are seeking a **Bar Manager** for **TRS Yucatán.** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting bar inspections together with the Quality Department. * Supporting administrative tasks. * Supporting procurement of stationery, supplies, products, wines, and liquors in the 2bend system. * Attending meetings convened by the Director as needed. * Assisting the Bar Manager in various departmental activities. * Ensuring compliance with procedures stipulated under the Distintivo H certification. * Collaborating with supervisors to organize staff roles and meal schedules to ensure adequate coverage across respective areas. * Conducting briefings with team members at the start of each shift and during pin handover. * Preparing staff rosters specifying rest days, shifts, and assigned bars, then posting them on information bulletin boards. * Conducting interviews for candidates applying to vacancies within the department in the Bar Manager’s absence. * Processing staffing requisitions upon instruction from the Bar Manager. * Performing relevant inspections of bars within the assigned phase through area walkthroughs. * Preparing inventory reports for all bars covering supplies, equipment, machinery, etc. * Reviewing checklists (inspection checklists) via printed activity reports completed by the on-duty Bar Supervisor and submitted to the Assistant. * Requesting maintenance services or repairs for bar equipment and machinery. * Verifying the report provided by Public Relations regarding events requiring bar department participation; these are posted on pending task boards. * Verifying daily supply requirements. * Ensuring customer requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately. **In return for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Real opportunities for career development within an internationally expanding company. * An excellent working environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences. **Requirements:** --------------- To be a good fit, you must provide: * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration. * 1–2 years of experience as a bar assistant or supervisor in hotels of a similar category. * Forbes standards. * Knowledge of team operations, environmental and hygiene policies (Distintivo H), and computer skills (Office).
