Position Summary: We are seeking a Cosmiatrist/Spa Therapist to perform massages, facial and body treatments, personalized diagnostics, and deliver exceptional service at a luxury boutique hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application of Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage techniques. 2. Performing deep cleansings, exfoliations, and hydration treatments. 3. Providing excellent, warm, and discreet spa services. Vacancy: Cosmiatrist / Spa Therapist – Hotel Aldea Kuká (Holbox Island) **Location:** Seaside boutique hotel, Holbox Island, Quintana Roo. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Massage Execution:** Application of Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage techniques according to hotel protocols. * **Facial and Body Treatments:** Performing deep cleansings, exfoliations, body wraps, and hydration treatments. * **Personalized Diagnosis:** Assessing guests’ physical and skin conditions to recommend the most suitable services. * **Guest Service:** Delivering excellent, warm, and discreet spa/wellness services. * **Supply Management:** Maintaining hygienic cabin standards, managing inventories of oils, creams, and supplies, and reporting shortages. * **Area Maintenance:** Ensuring cabins and relaxation areas consistently meet luxury, order, and hygiene standards for every service. **Requirements:** * **Minimum Education:** Technical certification in Cosmiatry, Cosmetology, or Spa Therapy (Mandatory). * **Prior Experience:** 1–2 years in luxury spas or wellness centers (with demonstrable massage expertise). * **Knowledge:** Variable-pressure massage techniques and operation of basic cabin equipment. * **Attitude:** Excellent personal presentation, service orientation, and punctuality. * **Preferred Age Range:** 20–45 years. **Employment Conditions:** * **Base Salary:** $12,000 MXN monthly (paid biweekly on the 16th or 1st, provided these dates fall on business days). * **Housing:** Shared accommodation included. * **Meals:** Provided according to shift schedule. * **Benefits:** Year-end bonus and vacation entitlements as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * **Additional Benefit:** Private medical service.
