Job Summary: We are seeking a Line Cook A for a seaside boutique hotel, responsible for preparing, plating, and creating dishes, managing inventory, and providing guest service. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized guest service **Position: Line Cook A – Hotel Aldea Kuká (Isla Holbox)** **Location:** Seaside boutique hotel, Isla Holbox, Quintana Roo **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and plating of dishes * Personalized guest service in the restaurant/bar area * Inventory control and hygienic handling of food and beverages * Maintaining quality and presentation standards for every service * Inventory management and waste control * Dish creation and menu support **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy * Prior experience (mandatory) * Service-oriented attitude and professional appearance * Preferred age: 20 to 45 years **Employment Conditions:** * Base salary: **MXN $12,000 per month** (paid biweekly on the 16th or 1st, provided those dates fall on business days) * Shared accommodation included * Meals provided according to shift * Benefits: Christmas bonus and vacation entitlement as per law * Private medical service Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
