Your Opportunity. As Civil Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the full execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements—aligned with brand standards and corporate guidelines—across the five established construction phases: 1. Structure and envelope, 2. Vanilla box, 3. Fit-out, 4. Technical soft opening, 5. Handover to Operations. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and direct overall construction execution in accordance with approved executive designs. • Ensure construction adheres to the master construction schedule. • Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Guarantee compliance with quality standards, luxury finishes, and technical specifications. • Oversee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. • Manage scope changes and validate their impact on schedule and cost. • Report physical and financial progress to the Construction Director. • Coordinate testing, partial deliveries, and final project handover to Operations. • Identify technical, financial, and scheduling risks, proposing corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Willingness to relocate to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, hospitals, or high-end residential projects. Valid passport (minimum validity of 2 years). Software proficiency: AutoCAD, BIM, and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel).
