We are looking for: Bilingual Reservation Agent General Objective: To meet customer needs through high-quality reservation services, always providing customers with the required information. Requirements: -Education: High school diploma or higher in administration, tourism, or marketing. Knowledge: Sales, customer service, knowledge of the tourism industry, writing skills, assertive communication. Skills: Customer service, communication, efficiency, proactivity. Language: Conversational English Responsibilities: Verify the functionality of work tools and report malfunctions. Complete registration on the platform managing voice, email, and PC interactions. Answer customer calls on the first ring. Explain Avis products and services. Know and stay updated on essential information needed to provide customers with timely information. Know and apply customer service policies and code of ethics.
