Position Summary: Junior Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and registering corporate payments, ensuring timeliness and compliance with policies. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient invoice processing We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst General Objective Analyze, review, and register various corporate payments through payment forecasting to ensure timely and prompt execution using the ERP system, adhering to established policies and processes to generate real-time reports and information. Responsibilities: Validate the issuance and internal approvals of tickets, submitted documents, and invoices against purchase orders. Ensure supporting documents for each payment request comply with SAT tax policies. Process all received invoices accurately, efficiently, and promptly for payment. Perform accounting processing and allocation of invoices in the system.
