




Job Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant with experience in general accounting, financial statements, tax filings, and accounting software, preferably within the hospitality sector. Experience * Minimum 1–3 years in accounting positions. * Preferred experience in: o Hotels o Restaurants o Hospitality Essential Knowledge * General and financial accounting. * Tax filings and SAT compliance. * Bank reconciliations. * Accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Cash flow control. * Internal audit. * Electronic invoicing. * Accounting software proficiency. Hospitality-Specific Knowledge (Preferred) * Control and reconciliation of: o Room revenue o Restaurant revenue o Bar revenue o Event revenue o OTA platforms * Daily close procedures and night audit. * Review of occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR (preferred). * Commission control and platform payments. * Inventory and food & beverage cost management. * Cash handling and POS terminal operations. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily hotel and point-of-sale revenue. * Prepare financial statements. * Record journal entries. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Oversee invoicing and tax compliance. * Calculate taxes. * Identify discrepancies, losses, or inconsistencies. * Supervise inventory and cost management. * Support administrative and audit processes.
