




Job Summary: The Server/Receptionist is responsible for facility operations and maintenance, visitor reception, supply management, and errands, ensuring an orderly and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attending and receiving visitors with friendly and efficient service. 2. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 3. Managing supplies and preparing beverages for staff. The Server/Receptionist will ensure proper facility operation by receiving and attending to visitors, performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, managing supplies, and carrying out errands, thereby maintaining an orderly and efficient environment for all staff. · Primary Responsibilities: · Reception and Visitor Service: · Receive and assist visitors, suppliers, and employees, providing friendly service and directing them to the appropriate areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area with necessary supplies. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: · Perform preventive maintenance tasks on facilities, such as inspecting equipment condition, replacing light bulbs, and ensuring proper functioning of common areas. Address and resolve basic corrective maintenance issues, including minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, locksmithing, etc.). Coordinate and supervise specialized maintenance interventions by external vendors when required. Supply Management and Beverage Preparation: · Ensure common areas are stocked with supplies such as toilet paper, water, coffee, tea, sugar, disposable cups, and other essentials. Prepare coffee and tea for employees and visitors as needed, ensuring they are always available in designated areas. Monitor and control supply inventory, placing timely reordering requests. Errands and Assignments: · Carry out internal and external office errands, such as purchasing materials, delivering documents, making payments, and other administrative tasks. Operate company or personal vehicles to deliver or collect items as requested. General Support Tasks: · Assist in assembling and disassembling furniture or equipment for internal events or meetings. Maintain order in shared spaces such as meeting rooms, cafeteria, and reception area. Requirements: · Education: Completed secondary education. Technical studies in maintenance, administration, or related fields are preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions involving reception, maintenance, and supply handling. Technical Knowledge: Ability to perform simple repairs (basic electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, etc.). Additional Skills: Strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is mandatory, along with familiarity with the city for errand execution. General Knowledge: Ability to properly prepare beverages such as coffee and tea.
