Verify staff’s proper care and handling of food. Oversee daily restaurant operations. Prepare weekly rotating schedules for supervised staff. Collaborate with administrative staff (e.g., personnel incidents, material/supply requests, etc.). Supervise and maintain a clean and orderly environment. Deliver excellent customer service.
