What Will You Do in This Role? 1️ Field Collections Management Conduct home visits to clients with pending or overdue credit payments. Verify each client’s situation and agree upon customized repayment plans to regularize their debt. 2️ Payment Negotiation and Agreements · Analyze clients’ repayment capacity and propose mutually beneficial payment alternatives. · Maintain detailed records of commitments made and conduct timely follow-ups. 3️ Customer Service and Guidance Provide clear information on terms, interest rates, and consequences of non-payment. Offer empathetic and respectful service, fostering trust and maintaining positive client relationships. 4️ Monitoring and Reporting · Record payment agreements and the evolution of clients’ credit status in the system. · Prepare daily or weekly reports on portfolio recovery progress. 5️ Collaborative Work Coordinate with Promoters, Credit Analysts, and Branch Managers to obtain updated information on assigned accounts. Participate in collections meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to improve management effectiveness. What Are We Looking For in You? Completed high school education, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in extrajudicial collections, field sales, or similar roles involving direct client contact. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred), or ability to travel to assigned areas. Availability for regional travel. Basic knowledge of technological tools (Excel, collection applications, etc.). What We Offer · Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN gross (depending on candidate’s prior experience and achievements). Performance Bonuses: Monthly incentives based on collection effectiveness (recovery rate).
