Opportunity for professional development in Human Resources **Administrative Analyst, Human Resources** **Work Location:** San Martín Obispo A growing company is seeking an **Administrative Analyst, Human Resources**, responsible for supporting the management and control of information within the human capital department, ensuring proper administration of incidents, personnel movements, and indicator tracking. Main Responsibilities * Administration and updating of the employee database. * Consolidation and control of personnel incidents (absences, reimbursements, allowances, vacations, loans, among others). * Control and tracking of cafeteria-related incidents. * Registration and tracking of medical leaves. * Management of personnel movements: onboarding, offboarding, and transfers. * Tracking and control of departmental indicators (KPIs). * Support in calculating and controlling bonuses and salary increases. * Control and tracking of employee attendance. * Documentation and tracking of administrative processes within the Human Resources department. * Preparation of layouts for final settlement documents. * Support in the department’s monthly closing: consolidation of indicators, headcount control, and preparation of monthly reports. Requirements * Prior experience in administrative or Human Resources functions. * Proficiency in database management and information control. * Proficiency in Excel or other administrative tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and process tracking ability. * Ability to work with indicators and reports.
