Creation of educational content and technical tutorials **Research and Development Engineer** **Location:** Monterrey, N.L. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Department:** Engineering **Reports to:** General Management **POSITION OBJECTIVE** To develop, document, and integrate technological solutions in electronics, programming, and robotics, combining the creation of educational content with the execution of technical projects, prototypes, and advanced integrations for enterprises. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Integration of hardware and software into complete solutions. * Integration of systems with advanced sensors (LiDAR preferred). * Design, development, and testing of applied electronics projects. * Development of functional prototypes (electronic and mechanical). * PCB design and development (from schematic to validation). * Embedded systems programming (Arduino, Python, C/C\+\+, etc.). * Technical support during product testing, validation, and improvement. * Diagnosis and review of faulty or returned equipment. * Collaboration on internal innovation projects. * Technical support during client demonstrations or projects (as required). * Support in the design and fabrication of electrical enclosures. * Preparation of technical manuals and documentation for products and kits. * Development of technical classes, courses, and tutorials (electronics, programming, robotics, sensors, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electronics Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * 1–2 years in a similar position or demonstrable project experience. **Technical Knowledge:** * Technical English (intermediate–advanced). * Preferred: Experience with ROS or robotic systems. * Microcontroller and SBC programming (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.). * Programming languages: Python, C/C\+\+, Arduino. * PCB design (KiCad, Altium, Eagle, or similar). * Analog and digital electronics. * Sensor integration (LiDAR preferred). * 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar). * Basic manufacturing knowledge (CNC, 3D printing, electrical enclosures). **SKILLS** * Proactivity and technical autonomy. * Ability to learn quickly. * Practical, solution-oriented mindset. * Clear communication (especially for teaching purposes). * Organization and documentation skills. * Creativity applied to engineering. * Teamwork.
