Key Responsibilities** * Operational Management: Supervise scheduled preventive maintenance routines for the night shift. * Emergency Response: Coordinate immediate response to critical failures to minimize downtime. * Team Leadership: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure discipline among night-shift technical staff. * Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. * Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure staff wear proper PPE and that work areas are orderly upon shift completion. * Reporting: Prepare incident logs and shift handover reports. **2\. Profile Requirements** * Education: Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory or team leadership roles within maintenance crews. * Technical Knowledge: \- Industrial electricity, hydraulic systems \- Industrial safety standards \- Availability: Full capacity to work night shifts. **3\.
