The “After-Sales Service” team of the Mayan Train Project is dedicated to delivering efficient and high-quality maintenance for railway systems supplied by Alstom and its partners. **MAIN ACTIVITIES** Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the technical and human resources assigned, to optimize production outcomes in terms of quality and safety. Manage, coordinate, supervise, and control all maintenance activities and resources for the assigned shift to ensure compliance with Alstom’s Safety and Quality standards. Occasionally, it may be necessary to accompany a driver during a test run or commercial service, or perform interventions at any point along the Maya Train line. **Working Hours**: Supervisory activities are normally managed on a rotating shift basis. Main Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities:** Perform Signaling, Workshop Equipment, and Catenary Maintenance Activities: * Primarily preventive: material management and work organization. * Occasionally corrective, including activities performed concurrently with preventive maintenance. * Includes interventions at maintenance workshops and depots (most frequently), stations, and any location along the Maya Train line. Report and record any deviations (failures/events) in the Failure Management Database, including configuration data. Support operations by performing data analysis, especially using remote monitoring systems such as HealthHub Signalling (HealthHub® is Alstom’s platform for collecting, processing, and analyzing data generated by assets under maintenance, enabling continuous operation and maintenance management and optimization). Raise fault reports and manage corrective Service Orders within the Maintenance Management System. Apply and enforce Alstom’s and the client’s safety and environmental standards, as well as relevant PI processes at the client’s facilities. Support implementation of field modifications when required. Recommend preventive and corrective actions. Advise PI management on customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvement. Ensure smooth information flow regarding interventions and operations during troubleshooting to support shift handover if needed. Advanced Competencies Knowledge and practical use of electronic or electrical tools and instrumentation for low/medium/high voltage (up to 25 kV).
