EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content distribution. Verification will be conducted using real deliverables. PLATFORMS Advanced proficiency in Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Threads. TOOLS Publer or similar tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, Later) for scheduling. Metricool or Google Analytics for metrics. Canva for visual adjustments. AI IN WORKFLOW Current daily use of ChatGPT or Claude—not as experimentation, but as part of the actual workflow. ENGLISH Minimum intermediate level (B1). Sufficient to read a style guide, understand an English brief, and publish content on global platforms without obvious errors. SELECTION PROCESS: PORTFOLIO Submit CV + verifiable portfolio (links to managed accounts, screenshots of real metrics, examples of content calendars). No portfolio = no interview*. STEP 2 PRACTICAL TEST A real brief from WEALTH MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE is provided: 3 pre-written content pieces to adapt for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Candidate has 24 hours. Evaluation criteria include platform-specific judgment, visual quality in Canva, and speed. STEP 3 INTERVIEW 30-minute interview with the Marketing Director. Not a generic Q&A session—rather, a review of the practical test and a discussion about work pace, tools, and expectations.
