Our specialists will perform activities related to monitoring, managing, and administering transportation and customs functions to ensure precise and timely product delivery in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, thereby delivering excellent customer service. **Essential Responsibilities** * Customer support (review and tracking of cargo, as well as progress of customs operations) * Request documentation and coordinate customs clearance of goods, as well as ensure compliance with RRNA (tariff classifications, permits, automatic notifications, etc.) * Report any discrepancies, cargo damage, or shipment status to the customer. * Entry of customs declarations (maritime, air, rail, road, special operations) * Opening and closing of consolidated customs declarations. * Preparation of shipments. * Completion of customs declarations per Annex 22 * Database management and reporting (Excel) **Basic Qualifications** * 0\-2 years of related experience in International Trade * Knowledge of Customs Legislation and International Trade * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field * Basic knowledge of customs declaration entry systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic English * Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) **About TP Laser** Uber Freight Mexico Customs, powered by TP Laser, as Uber Freight’s commercial partner in Mexico, offers customized customs clearance services between Mexico and the United States, backed by an unparalleled combination of innovative technology and a dedicated team of international trade experts who provide peace of mind through standardized SOPs and our unique platform, Customs Portal, which delivers full control and visibility over customs operations.
