At AITELECOM, we are looking for an Administrative Intern focused on Warehouse and Procurement who wishes to develop professional experience in a dynamic, results-oriented telecommunications environment. Who Are We Looking For? Students in their final semesters with interest in procurement and warehouse control from an administrative perspective, possessing strong attention to detail and a passion for order and organization. Key Responsibilities: Support daily administrative operations System entries/exits Administrative vs. physical inventory control and updates Data entry and validation in the system Warehouse organization and maintenance Control of goods inflow and outflow Requirements: Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree program (Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field) Basic proficiency with digital tools (Excel, record-keeping systems) High accuracy in data entry Organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Availability to work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
