Contributes to the holistic development of the educational community **Schedule** **Monday to Friday:** 6:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Location:** Colonia Pensiones, Mérida, Yucatán **About Us** We are a **private school with 38 years of experience**, shaping successful individuals grounded in values from **maternal level through high school**, committed to academic excellence, administrative efficiency, and the holistic development of our educational community. **Your Responsibilities** Promote and sell the school’s educational programs, delivering a high-quality experience to parents and students while contributing to the institution’s growth and development. * New Student Recruitment * Family Support and Advisory Services * School Promotion and Representation * Adaptability and Flexibility in Client Interaction * Admissions, Enrollment, and Re-enrollment Processes * Sales and Goal Achievement * Follow-up and Customer Retention * Teamwork and Coordination * Use of Digital Tools and Reporting * Handling Unexpected Situations * Customer Experience Management (Family Experience) * Data Analysis and Continuous Process Improvement * Compliance with Institutional Policies and Confidentiality **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Pedagogy, Psychology, Communications, or related field * Preferred: Courses in sales, customer service, or educational marketing. Accounting or related field. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in: * Sales, customer service, enrollment or recruitment processes, or the education sector (preferred), including prospect follow-up and enrollment closure. * Knowledge of school admissions processes, recruitment and retention strategies, social media management (preferred), basic-to-intermediate Excel, sales techniques, and customer service. **What We Offer** * **Monthly net base salary:** $9,255 (includes food vouchers) \+ Commissions * Statutory benefits **from day one** * Complimentary uniforms.
