Job Summary: The Recruitment Specialist will attract, evaluate, and select candidates with a commercial profile to become insurance agents, thereby strengthening the sales force. Key Highlights: 1. Onboarding talent aligned with values and goals. **The Recruitment Specialist** is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting candidates with a commercial profile to join as insurance agents. This role is critical to strengthening the sales force and ensuring the onboarding of talent aligned with GNP's values and goals. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * Prior experience in commercial recruitment or sales (preferably in the insurance or financial sector). * Strong communication, persuasion, and interview-handling skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work toward objectives. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
