**WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT SPECIALIST**
An international textile company with global clients including NIKE, Patagonia, Lacoste, Fanatics, and other leading global brands is seeking a:
**Job Objective:**
Ensure efficient operation of domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants, guaranteeing compliance with environmental regulations, quality standards, and international customer requirements through technical management, maintenance, continuous improvement, and operational control of WWT plants.
**Requirements:**
* Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering degree, or related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in:
* Administration and operation of wastewater treatment plants.
* Maintenance and improvement of domestic and industrial WWT systems.
* Handling of KPIs, technical reporting, and cost control.
* Management of environmental regulatory compliance.
* Essential knowledge of:
* NOM-001-SEMARNAT-2021
* NOM-004-SEMARNAT-2002
* NMX-AA-003-1980
* Wastewater sampling and analysis.
* Experience in audits, certifications, and environmental management systems ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
* Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, WWT equipment maintenance, and hydraulic installations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants.
* Monitor performance indicators and water quality.
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and customer requirements.
* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
* Control consumables, operational costs, and area inventory.
* Prepare technical reports and documentation for audits and certifications.
* Propose improvements to treatment processes and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate sampling, testing, and environmental monitoring.
* Manage area resources, materials, and suppliers.
* Actively participate in sustainability, safety, and hygiene initiatives.

Availability to work in Baca, Yucatan
