Here, every step you take brings you closer to your best self. **Job Objective:** To provide timely assistance and advisory services to each policyholder involved in an auto insurance claim, verifying the coverage stipulated in their policy and determining liability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site assistance to auto insurance policyholders in accordance with the general terms of their insurance policy. * Determine liability in traffic incidents, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Mexican Insurance Companies Association (AMIS) and municipal, state, and federal traffic regulations applicable in each jurisdiction. * Examine, investigate, quantify, and identify the root causes of insurance claims using various methods and evidence. * Identify and refer cases potentially involving fraud to initiate investigation and assessment procedures. * Maintain service and quality indicators established as departmental goals. * Accurately and thoroughly document every claim handled. **Requirements:** * Academic background: minimum completed high school diploma. * Language: basic English (preferred). * Type and duration of experience: minimum 2 years in customer service. * Knowledge: traffic regulations; AMIS liability determination guidelines (preferred). * Tools: basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience using mobile devices; valid driver’s license; active claims adjuster license for auto insurance (preferred).
