Support in assigned administrative tasks POSITION RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS • Technical degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (recent graduates are considered). • Excellent organization and attention to detail. • Friendly treatment and ease in customer service. • Basic knowledge of administrative and computer tools. RESPONSIBILITIES • Answering and handling incoming calls. • Management, control, and organization of files (digital and physical). • Receiving and attending to clients and visitors. • Processing official procedures before government agencies. • Support in assigned administrative tasks. • Receiving and routing documents to the Legal Department. • Basic reconciliation and handling of accounting packages.
