Job Requirements: -Education: Civil Engineering degree -Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or similar role -Preferred experience in commercial or industrial building projects -Skills: Proficiency in design and project software such as AutoCAD and Revit. -Knowledge of legal-area platforms such as DocuSign, Centinela, and similar tools. Responsibilities: -Coordinate and supervise construction project execution: conceptualization, design, permitting, execution, and closure -Manage resources, budget, costs, and assigned itemized cost catalog for each project. -Maintain constant communication with internal teams and external contractors -Ensure compliance with established timelines and quality standards. -Monitor construction schedules, physical progress, and financial progress.
